The device has a stay (2) which is fixed to the plough frame (1) via a clamp which has an adjustment by which the frame, stay and implement (3) can be moved towards each other while retaining their relative angular position, when the clamp is detached to adjust the stay in relation to the frame, or to adjust the implement in relation to the stay. Otherwise the two components can be continuously turned while retaining their relative sliding position, or the two components can be moved and continuously turned towards each other. The adjustment is formed by a stop adjustable across the lengthwise axis of the stay and co-operating with a bar radially protruding from the stay.
