The refrigerator has a gas burner (40), an absorber (50) and a condenser located in a ventilation duct (30) with inlet (21) and outlet (22) openings. Up to the position of an automatically controlled fan (23) fitted in the duct the duct is sealed. The fan can be controlled automatically according to the temperature recorded by a sensor (possibly an NTC resistor) in the ventilation duct which can be mounted directly on the fan or be a component of it. A shutter can be fitted in the outlet with one or more fans, the shutter being temperature controlled.
