an input configured to receive a signal from a device under test; a calibration unit, internal to the probe, configured to apply a calibration or compensation signal internal to the voltage probe; an output configured to output the signal from the device under test to a test and measurement instrument or output the calibration or compensation signal to the test and measurement instrument; and an optical voltage sensor, wherein the input configured to receive the signal from the device under test is connected to signal input electrodes of the optical voltage sensor and the calibration unit is connected to control electrodes of the optical voltage sensor. |
