PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a drawing data amount and to improve storage efficiency by converting drawing data to an intermediate format, converting the intermediate format to a system format again further and performing storage in a memory. SOLUTION: A solid model is modeled by using a three-dimensional CAD system 1. In this case, by an assembly function (set operation function) provided in the three-dimensional CAD system 1, a required modeling processing is performed. Then, in a computer main body 3, the format (system format) of the drawing data at the time of preparing a drawing is converted to the intermediate format. Thereafter, the intermediate format is converted to the system format again. In this case, since the drawing data are in a final shape, the conversion of only the format is performed as it is. Also, at the time, in the case of a surface base, the solid model is prepared and thereafter, storage is performed in the memory 2. |
