PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of accurate information without increasing the amount of information to be stored by receiving the information corresponding to the condition of a moving body from a base station and notifying the user of the information. SOLUTION: At a starting point, prescribed contents are displayed on a display section 5 and the corresponding contents are outputted from a speaker section 6. If user's own vehicle is running in the place between the starting point and a certain point in which no information content is available, normal map information is displayed on the section 5 and the corresponding content, in this case a silence condition without voice display, is produced from the section 6. If the vehicle comes to a prescribed distance from the certain point, a navigation device 12 makes a request to a base station 11 for information using a communication section 3, ocean picture information and ocean BGM information are taken out from the addresses located in the station 11, the information contents are displayed and the section 6 produces the corresponding contents. |
