PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the photosensitive material suitable for forming the color filter small in film thickness and unsharpness of image elements by incorporating a specified copolymer derived from each of magenta, cyan, and yellow coupler monomer or a copolymer of these coupler monomers and a noncoloring monomer containing a specified ethylenic group. SOLUTION: This photosensitive material contains the copolymer drived from the magenta, cyan, and yellow coupler monomers or a copolymer or these coupler monomers and the noncoloring monomer containing the ethylenic group not coupling with the oxidation product of a color developing agent. These 3 color coupler monomers are represented by formula I-III in which each of R<1> -R<4> is an H atom or an alkyl group or the like; each of L<1> , L<3> , and L<5> is a -C(=O)N(R<4> )- group or the like; each of L<2> , L<4> , and L<6> is a divalent bonding group between L<1> and Q<1> ; each of (f)-(k) is 0 or 1; and each of Q<1> -Q<3> is a coupler residue to be allowed to form each of magenta, cyan, and yellow dyes by coupling with the oxidation product of a color developing agent.
