<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method by which jammed paper sheet can be removed easily. SOLUTION: When a user pulls a jammed paper sheet 4 for removing it, a motion of a feed roller 3 due to the movement of the jammed paper sheet 4 is detected by means of sensor means 7, 8, and according to this motion, an LF motor is driven, so that the feed roller 3 and a frictional roller 2 touching the feed roller 3 are rotated in the paper discharging direction, and as a result, the jammed paper sheet 4 can be easily removed.</p> |
