PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop a heavy article from a fixed height with a simple structure by lifting the heavy article to the fixed height while first and second linking members are erected vertically and then instantly releasing the support of the heavy article to drop the same. SOLUTION: When a connector 26 is rotated, a cam member 13 is rotated by worm gears 21 and 29. Thus, a first linking member 14 is rotated and an idle gear 38 is rotated in the direction C while a driving gear 39 and a driving support shaft 15 are rotated in the direction D. Then, this driving support shaft 15 rotates a second linking member 17 in the standing direction, the first and second linking members 14 and 17 are placed upright vertically to a base 11 and a car body is lifted to a specified height H. When the connector 26 is rotated more, the first linking member 14 is rotated beyond the vertical upright position. Then, the idle gear 38 is instantly rolled, the first and second linking members 14 and 17 are rotated in arrow directionsαandβat high speeds, and the car body supported on a mounting part 18 is released for its support and dropped from the specified height.
