The attaching apparatus for the substrate rail is comprised of connecting a rail supporter to the shelf(1) part and fitting the substrate rail(2) into a rectangular groove(31). A hook part(21) of the substrate rail(2) is placed to face a hook protuberance(1a), being warped in the center when the substrate is held from an upward direction to a downward direction, a inclination plane of the hook part(21) and a inclination plane of the hook protuberance(1a) at the shelf(1) part being one-touch connected. On the other hand, when detaching the substrate rail(2) from the shelf(1), the substrate rail(2) is warped upwardly when the center part of the substrate rail(2) is pushed to the upward direction from the below, the hook part(21) being detached out of the hook protuberance(1a), thereby being separated each other.
