<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of detection probability by standardizing a target pulse by a self value in a case where the target pulse has width. SOLUTION: The signal processing type standardizes receiving signals by the average value of the circumference of a noticing point out of the receiving signals, and the receiving signals of a predetermined threshold value or more fix error alarm probability by a clutter as a target signal. A target component is not included in an average cell at the time when the center of the pulse is made the noticing cell by making the receiving signals, used at the time when the average value of the processing system is found, the signal of the point separated from the half of the receiving pulse width or more before and after the noticing point.</p> |
