PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a roller using a curing type liquid resin that is easy to automatize the assembly of the device and which causes no burr at an end edge of a resin portion and a core metal bearing portion of a manufactured roller. SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a roller with a curing type liquid resin comprising core metal holdig members for supporting end portions of a core metal that are provided at ends of a cylindrical mold, wherein a curing type liquid resin is loaded around the periphery of a core metal held by the two core metal holding members, the apparatus being characterized in that jaw portions 5, 6 are provided at joint portions of the core metal holding members 3, 4 and the cylindrical mold 1, respectively, for abutment, and that a ferrule clamp 7 having a U-shaped cross-section and a fitting recessed portion is fitted over the jaw portion 6 of the cylindrical mold 1 and the jaw portion 5 of the core metal holding members 3, 4 that are in abutment with each other, whereby clamping using the ferrule clamp 7 is effected. |
