<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the voltage fluctuation of a circuit and, at the same time, to improve the durability of components, by controlling a discharging means so that the electric power stored in an electric power storing means can be supplied to electric loads when the calculated value of the voltage fluctuation exceeds a prescribed threshold. SOLUTION: The voltage of a circuit from a battery 4 to electric loads (such as head lamps, a radio, etc.) is detected by means of a voltage sensor 9. The voltage fluctuation of the circuit is found by calculating the difference between the previously detected voltage value and the currently detected value by monitoring. When the voltage fluctuation exceeds a prescribed threshold,. a control unit 11 suppresses the voltage fluctuation by controlling a discharging device 7 and supplying the electric power stored in an electricity storing device 6 to the loads 2 and 3. Therefore, when the voltage dilatation is lower than the prescribed threshold, the discharging device 7 is not switched. Accordingly, the charging and discharging frequency of the electricity storing device 6 becomes smaller and the durability of the devices 6 and 7 are improved.</p> |
