A band-pass filter wave guide device NRD is provided which is of simple construction and can easily be fabricated and that furthermore is a reduced size and of light weight and operates in a single operative mode. A belt passing guide wave filter device NRD includes a plurality of wave resonators NRD placed in a way such that two wave guide resonators NRD are electro-magnetically coupled between each other. A plurality of rectangular dielectric guide waves are interposed between a superior surface portion and an lower surface portion which are parallel between each other. The superior surface portion and the layer surface portion and the plurality of rectangular dielectric wave guides are integrally formed, forming a rectangular dielectric compartment. A first superconductor electrode and a second superconductor electrode form in the external surface of the superior surface portion and the lower surface portion, respectively. By fixing the space between the first and second superconductor electrodes to the half or less of the frequency resonance wave longitude in the vacuum of the present device, the external portion of each dielectric wave guide is formed to be a cutting region.
