PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out isolation without expanding a circuit scale even for a plural number of light regulating means. SOLUTION: An A/D converted image signal is output for forming light regulation signal (dimmer signal) into a detecting circuit 36, a shutter data, autoiris data and dimmer data which are prepared by the detecting circuit 36 are multiplexed by a data multiplexing circuit 37 and are output to a data isolation circuit 39 after insulated by a photocoupler 38. The data isolation circuit 39 isolates each of multiplexed data. The shutter data is transmitted to CCD drive circuit 40 and regulates a charge accumulation time of CCD 22, the autoiris data does diaphragm 20 through an autoiris driving circuit 41, the dimmer data is transmitted to a light source apparatus 4 and the quantity of light is regulated through a light quantity controlling circuit 42.
