PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacity coupling in a transmission line by making a pair of parallel transmission lines has a 1st transmission line on which a signal is inverted on the way and a 2nd transmission line on which a signal is not inverted on the way. SOLUTION: On a 1st set of transmission lines 101, an original signal that is represented at a drive point 103 is connected to a conductor 105 by a driver 102 and is transmitted to a receiving point 104 without changing. About a 2nd set of transmission lines 101, the original signal that is represented at the drive point 103 is connected to a 1st part 106 of the conductor 105 without being changed by the driver 102. The part 106 of the conductor 105 supplies the signal to an inverter 121 for balance, and the inverter 121 inverts the signal and supplies the inverted signal to a 2nd part 106 of the conductor 105. The 2nd part 106 of the conductor 105 supplies the inverted signal to an inverter 122 for recovery, and the inverter 122 inverts the inverted signal again to recover the original signal and supplies the recovered original signal to the point 104. |
