PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling compaction of banking by which the moving trace of rolling compacting vehicle as a mobile station is monitored by a GPS system and the degree of compaction can be controlled according to the moving trace. SOLUTION: This controlling method is realized by providing a refererence station equipped with a DGPS(differential GPS) type GPS receiver 4, a rolling compacting vehicle 2 as a mobile station equipped with a GPS receiver date- liked with the station 1, and a control center 3 to receive an information from the vehicle 2, and the vehicle 2 is provided with a sensor 11 for detecting compaction density, a personal computer 13 for recoding the measured result obtained by the sensor 11 together with present position information, and a data transmitter 14 for transmitting the recorded contents. Further, the control center 3 is provided with a data receiver 15 for receiving the recorded contents and a personal computer 16 connected with the receiver 15 to process the received data, and the moving trace and compaction data of the vehicle 2 are recorded and indicated by the personal computer 16. |
