PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a seal band blocking the slit of a tube to an end member easily with a pin. SOLUTION: The ends of inner/outer seal bands 30, 31 are inserted in the band insertion holes 32, 33 of an end cap 10 and an installation pin 39 is inserted from the outside in the pin hole 38 through the installation holes 30a, 31a of the inner/outer seal bands 30, 31. As the installation pin 39 is supported by the pin hole 38 of the end cap 10 on the upper/lower ends and center part, the ends of the inner/outer seal bands 30, 31 can be combined with the end cap 10 by only the insertion operation of the installation pin 38 and the screw combination is not accompanied and the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly and disassembly works can be facilitated.
