The parking base has a base plate (1) with two rectangular slots (4) which are aligned one with the other. These accept the wheels of the cycle. Each slot is provided with an arched rail (5) on its right and left side. These arches prevent the cycle from falling from the slots. A locking station for the left hand pedal of the cycle is provided, and is positioned in between the two slots to prevent the cycle from being taken away.
