PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate a pressing member with simple construction without using extra components such as a cylinder. SOLUTION: To a rotating shaft 10 of one of rotary blades 5, 5, a rotating plate 11 is radially fixed, and to the tip thereof, the lower end of a connecting rod 12 is attached pivotally, and the upper end of the connecting rod 12 is passed through a pressing bar carriage 15 with play on the front side of a hopper 2. The pressing bar carriage 15 and the connecting rod 12 are integrated in one body by engaging an engaging piece 17a of a limit spring 17b provided on the pressing rod carriage 15 with an engaging groove 12a of the connecting rod 12. On the pressing bar carriage 15, a pressing bar 19 is horizontally provided projectingly backward and is passed through pressing bar guides 19 and a slit 20 of the hopper 2 and is projected into the hopper 2. |
