PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration in performance at an actual operation time by fixing at least one end plate and a protrusion portion mutually in a state where plural spaces are formed when the position relation of a displacer and a cylinder is placed at a turn position. SOLUTION: By turning a rotary shaft 6, a displacer 5 revolves around the center o' of a cylinder 4, a fixed side, without rotating with a revolution radius ofε, plural compression operation chambers (spaces) 15 are formed around the center (o) of the displacer 5. Particularly, at least one end plate 7 and a vane 4b tip are fixed mutually. That is, a non-through screw hole 4c is made at the vane 4b tip, a through hole 7c is bored at the part of the confronting end plate 7, and both members are fixed by a screw 20 having a thread groove at its tip. This way, the vane 4b is formed from a one end fixed state into at least a two face fixed state so that sufficient strength is displayed against gas generated at a compression operation time.
