PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a vehicle to reduce the occurrence of an uncomfortable feeling of a driver due to blowoff air blown out during the starting of ventilation. SOLUTION: For example, when, during warm up, a selected air outlet mode is a foot mode, the inclination anglesθof right and left swing louvers arranged at each side face air outlet 32 is decided. Concretely, the swing louver is inclined by a given angle, for example, +50 deg. toward the side window 68 side, so that air blown out through the side face air outlet 32 is prevented from direct collision with the driver. Further, thereafter, when the air outlet mode is varied along with the increase of a water temperature, for example, when a mode is switched from a foot mode to a high level mode, the inclination anglesθof the right and left swing louvers arranged at each center face air outlet 31 is determined. Concretely, the swing louver is inclined by a given angle, for example, +5 deg., toward the central side in a car room so that air blown out through each center face air outlet 31 is prevented from direct collision with the driver.
