<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yellow color toner forming a toner image excellent in clearness and saturation and having a wide color phase producibility by using specific color toner. SOLUTION: Color toner formed by dispersing a yellow coloring agent in binder resin is used. At the time of developing and fixing this color toner on a transparent film and measuring absorbance in wave length of 400 nm and 500 nm in the same part, it is ratio is 4 or more. As the binder resin, polystyrene, styrene-(meta)acrylic ester copolymer, polyester resin or the like is used, and particularly polyester resin is desirable because of having excellent fixing performance while maintaining running durability. As a usable yellow coloring agent, an organic pigment is general, and pigment yellow: 17, pigment yellow: 12 and the like are used. It is desirable that the content of the coloring agent is in a range of 2-8 pts.wt., particularly 3-6 pts.wt.</p> |
