PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner in which inorganic fine grain left on toner can be prevented even in the case where the inorganic fine grain is added for stabilizing dispersion of oil phase liquid drops in a solution suspension method, in which spherical form control is easy, in which fixing capability is excellent, and in which favorable OHP transparency can be provided after fixture on an OHP sheet. SOLUTION: In electrostatic latent image developing toner comprising binder resin and coloring agent dissolved or dispersed in organic solvent, and oil phase components dispersed and granulated in water medium in which inorganic dispersant is dispersed, the binder resin includes monocarboxylic acid as an acid component, and/or it includes polyester resin of an acid value or 10 mgKOH/g or less including monoalcohol as an alcohol component.
