摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device comprising a rolling type diaphragm poppet to be connected to a piston for adjusting the fluid flow passing through a valve by the interaction of a valve element, the piston in the valve element and a valve seat. SOLUTION: A valve element 12 has a valve chamber 34 including a valve seat that forms a fluid inlet passage. A piston 80 is arranged in a chamber and is axially displaced by an operation means. A poppet 86 is of a one piece structure and is connected to one end of the piston 80. The poppet 86 has a head of a circular cross section for controlling the flow of fluid. This head has a back face connectable to one end of the piston 80. The poppet 86 includes a cylindrical sleeve 120 axially extending from the peripheral edge of the head. A flange 122 forms the peripheral edge of the poppet 86 and includes the valve element 12 and a means to form a leakage proof sheet. The axial displacement of the poppet and head according to the axial movement of the piston 80 is caused by the axial rolling of the sleeve between the wall face of the piston and the concentric wall face in the valve element.</p>
