PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which has an extremely low toxicity to human body and an excellent antibacterial property from which a molded article which can be used for a long period of time suitably as medical sanitation materials, tableware, daily necessities, automobile interior materials, home appliances, films, sheets, fabrics and the like can be obtained by blending a filler supportingε-polylysine (salt). SOLUTION:ε-Polylysine (salt) (εPL) is obtained by, for example, separating and collectingε-polylysine from a culture obtained by culturing Streptomyces albulus subspecies lysinopolymerus belonging to Streptomyces genus, which is anε-polylysine producing strain, in a medium. Inorganic and organic fillers widely used for synthetic resin application are used as a substrate supportingεPL. The water content of the substrate supportingεPL is preferably 20 wt.% or lower. The supported amount ofεPL to the filler is preferably 5 times or lower.
