PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a reinforcing work by elevatably fitting a dividable ring provided with an entangled running track of bobbin carriers discharging yarns to a columnar structure, and elevatably moving the ring while winding the yarns on the columnar body. SOLUTION: This braider device is constituted so that a ring-like main body 2 connecting together curved parts 8, 9 divided in the radial direction through a hinge 3 is provided with an entangled running track 13, and a plurality of bobbin carriers 13 and the like are mounted thereon. This ring-like main body 2 is made into a ring opening state to be fitted to a columnar structure 1, and integrated by a connecting metal fitting 4, and it is elevatably fitted through pillars 6 and the like. The braider device is operated, a plurality of the bobbin carriers 12 loaded with yarn such as carbon fiber are entangledly moved in the left turning or the right turning, and the yarns are wound on the outer circumference of the columnar body 1. Further liquid thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin is spread on the yarns and solidified to form fiber reinforced plastics. Hereby the reinforcing work can be efficiently performed. |
