<p>A data capture system (200) includes latches for early data (315), on-time data (310), and late data (320) each coupled to receive an input data signal (305) and a first (345c), second (350c), third (355c) data strobe signal, respectively. When the respective data strobe signal is triggered, the respective data latches the input data signal (305) at three intervals (315, 310, 320) resulting in over-sampled input data signals compared with the data early signal latched by the data early latch (325b) as well as the data late signal latched (330b). The delay controller (340) increases or decreases the delays of the data strobe signals dependent on whether the latched data signal and the data early or data late signal are not equal, respectively, otherwise, no delay adjustement is made. The delay controller (340) may include a counting circuit (340b) to adjust the data strobe signals at particular intervals.</p> |
