[Problem] To provide a power transmission/reception control device that confirms that control of a DC bus line is not being carried out by another consumer when DC power is shared. [Solution] A power transmission/reception device equipped with: a power transmission/reception control unit that controls the transmission and reception of DC power through a DC power line by means of DC-DC converters connected to the DC power line; a power transmission/reception management unit that requests that the power transmission/reception control unit control the DC-DC converters; and a power transmission/reception arbitration unit that requests the power transmission/reception management unit to transmits/receive power by means of the DC-DC converters. When the power transmission/reception management unit is directed by the power transmission/reception arbitration unit to set the voltage for the DC power line, the power transmission/reception management unit causes the power transmission/reception control unit to set the voltage for the DC power line a prescribed number of times using a random number, and if the voltage and current of the DC power line are a set value, the power transmission/reception management unit directs the power transmission/reception arbitration unit to acquire the right to control the DC power line.
