PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only the occurrence of boiling of fluid residing in a flow passage in a flow passage not used and the generation of scale in a flow passage when operation to supply hot water or to effect heating or to perform operation of a bath is individually effected but also reduction of the efficiency of a device and a device life. SOLUTION: In a hot water supply device, during the individual use for hot water supply, a solenoid valve 26 is opened and a bath bypass circuit 27 is released. Since bath hot water heated by a bath hot water circuit 21 flows in an indirect heat-exchanger 24 and is cooled by hot water supply water, boiling is prevented from occurring. Thus, the generation of scale due to boiling of fluid in the fluid circuit of a one-boiler two-water-passage system hot water feed bath device and reduction of a life are prevented and the efficiency of a device is also improved.
