PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in the compositing work of an image. SOLUTION: Various data of an original image and a background image 102 are stored in a memory. A display part 111 displays the image based on image data of the original image 101 on a display screen. An extraction part 112 obtains a designated position designated by a mouse cursor and the like on the displayed image from the display part 111 and extracts partial data, corresponding to the designated position from the original image 101 and the background image 102. Partial data are data in an area specified by a brush pattern 113 with the designated position as a center in respective image data. A compositing part 114 executes a compositing processing, based on the brush pattern 113 and writes the result in the corresponding part of the original image 101. |
