<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open detector circuit capable of preventing an external system connected to an output terminal from being erroneously operated by outputting a voltage out of a normal range from the output terminal when either a power terminal or an earth terminal is open in an IC mounted on a substrate. SOLUTION: When either of a power terminal 7, a first GND terminal 8, and a second GND terminal 9 is open, an output terminal 5 is grounded by a turned-on npn transistor. Thus, either of the power terminal and GND terminal is open, an output terminal is grounded so that a voltage is less than a normal operating voltage.</p> |
