PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large laterally swinging characteristic and laterally swinging performance together with bearing force by alternately repeatedly forming large diameter parts which are formed of an elastic material and have an expanded diameter and small diameter parts having a reduced diameter, in a multilayer shape in the vertical direction in a concentric state. SOLUTION: Large diameter parts 1 and small diameter parts 2 are alternately repeatedly formed in a multilayer shape in the vertical direction in a concentric state, for example, by ethylene propylene rubber as an elastic material. When a load is applied, since an axial position is formed in a bar shape in the vertical direction by a diameter of the small diameter parts 2, the load is borne by this axial position. They are formed of an elastic material, and since the upper-lower large diameter parts 1 are separated by a quantity of a height (h) of the small diameter parts 2, when lateral directional vibrational force is applied, they swing with a bar-shaped axial position as the center without absorbing lateral swinging. |
