PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber roll which is excellent in semiconductivity, having a resistance value which does not depend upon a volt age even though it is made of silicone rubber. SOLUTION: This semiconductive rubber roll 1 has a two layer structure in which an inner layer 3 made of seimconductive silicone rubber sponge is wound around a conductive shaft member 2, and an outer layer 4 made of semiconductive silicone solid robber is wound around the inner layer 4. These two kinds of silicone rubber are composed of carbon black having an averaged particle size of 70 to 350 nm, and a DBP oil absorption of greater than 28 ml/100 g but less than 63 ml/100 g, and silicone rubber compound in which 50 to 200 wt.% of the carbon black is contained with respect to 100 wt.% of the silicone rubber compound. |
