PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable coating material composition suitable for surface finishing of polyurethane fiber by formulating a biodegradable mineral oil as a base with a lubricating oil and an antistatic agent. SOLUTION: This coating material composition is prepared by formulating a biodegradable mineral oil having 2.5-100, preferably 2.5-50 mPa.s (at 20 deg.C) and 790-880, preferably 805-850 kg/m<3> density (at 15 deg.C) and 0.770-0.810, preferably 0.775-0.805, more preferably 0.775-0.800 viscosity/density constant as a base with <=15 wt.%, preferably <=5 wt.%, more preferably <=3 wt.% lubricating oil comprising an (un)saturated higher fatty acid metal salt such as Al salt, Ca salt, Li salt, Mg salt or Zn salt of stearic acid or Mg palmitate or Mg oleate and a cationic, anionic or nonionic antistatic agent, e.g. dialkylsulfosuccinic acid salt. |
