The object selected for painting is cleaned. The object is painted with the basic colour/background of marble. The basic colour/background of marble on the object is dried. Checks are made that the basic colour/background of marble has been fixed and that the surface of the object is absolutely dry and clean of dust, moisture, blisters etc. Two or more tanks with dimensions corresponding to the size of the object are filled with water. Either ink in various colours or powder in various colours or a liquidised powder is poured onto the surface of the water in the first tank. The object is immersed in the first tank. Through the immersion method, the colours of the ink or powder or liquidised powder adhere to the basic colour/background of marble and create the pattern/simulation of marble. The object is taken out of the first tank. The object is placed in the second or third tank to be washed, the original design thus remaining on the object. The object is taken out of the second or third tank. The surface of the object is checked to ensure it is perfectly clean of dust or blisters and the object is left to dry until it is perfectly dry and clean. The decorated object is polymerised at 80 degree C to 250 degree C once, twice or three times according to the protection and desired resistance specified for the object. |
