摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of the inside of a heat exchanger by surely preventing the occurrence of drains in the heat exchanger by turning on a burner for combustion when the detected temperature of the heat exchanger becomes lower than a dew condensation preventing temperature. SOLUTION: When a room temperature is higher than a set value, the temperature of a heat exchanger 5 is detected and, when the detected temperature is higher than a dew point which is set as a dew condensation preventing temperature, whether or not the room temperature is lower than the set value is again discriminated. When the detected temperature of the heat exchanger 5 is lower than the dew condensation preventing temperature, a burner 3 is turned on for combustion and, when the temperature of the heat exchanger 5 becomes higher than the dew point by 10 deg.C or more thereafter, the burner 3 is turned off. Consequently, the occurrence of drains in the heat exchanger 5 can be prevented, because the dew condensation of the moisture contained in the combustion gas on the internal surface of the heat exchanger 5 can be prevented. Therefore, the corrosion of the heat exchanger 5 by the acidic component of the combustion gas contained in drains can be prevented.</p>
