PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. excellent in weather resistance, injection fusibility, and recyclability by compounding a specific ethylene-propylene (-nonconjugated diene) random copolymer rubber, a specific olefin copolymer, a specific crystallineα-olefin polymer, and a specific amorphousα-olefin polymer, each in a specified amt. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises 5-89 wt.% ethylene-propylene (- nonconjugated diene) random copolymer rubber having an ethylene content lower than 90 mol.%; 1-80 wt.% olefin copolymer which has an intrinsic viscosity (135 deg.C, tetralin solvent) of 0.5-10 and an ethylene content lower than 90 mol.% and is prepd. by copolymerizing ethylene, propylene, and at least two olefins selected from among 4-20 deg.Cα-olefins provided the sum of the numbers of carbon atoms of the selectedα-olefins is 6 or higher; 5-89 wt.% crystallineα-olefin polymer mainly comprising 3C or higherα-olefin units; and 1-50 wt.% amorphousα-olefin polymer having an intrinsic viscosity lower than 0.5.
