PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paste capable of precisely forming barrier ribs on a dielectric layer even by a printing lamination method by incorporating a glass powder and a powdery filler having a specified specific surface area. SOLUTION: The paste contains a glass powder and a powdery filler having 0.5-3 m2/g specific surface area and preferably having 20μm max. particle diameter DMAX and 2.5-4.5μm 50% particle diameter D50. The pref. amt. of the glass powder is 50-95 wt.% and that of the powdery filler is 5-50 wt.%. The glass powder preferably has 0.5-3 m2/g specific surface area, <=30μm max. particle diameter DMAX and 2.5-4.5μm 50% particle diameter D50 and, e.g. has a compsn. consisting of 50-75% PbO, 2-30% B2O3, 2-35% Sin. and 0-20% ZnOfCaO. The powdery filler is, e.g. alumina, titania or zircon.
