摘要 FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring lipid hydroperoxides (LHP) and superoxydysmutase (SOD) contents in erysipelatous inflammation patients blood plasma, and general peroxydase activity (GPA), malonic dialdehyde (MDA) concentration and catalase ( C) activity in blood serum. Oxidation-antioxidation coefficient is calculated from a formula of OAC= (LHPx/LHPn* MDAx/MDAn* GPAx/GPAn)/(SODx/SODn*Cx/Cn), where LHPx, MDAx, GPAx, SODx, Cx are the biochemical values under examination in erysilepelas patients, and LHPn, MDAn, GPAn, SODn, Cn are the biochemical values under examination in healthy patients. OAC value being less than 1.6 conditional units, erysipelatous inflammation recurrence is predicted to take place in the nearest 6 months. EFFECT: reliable and accurate prognosis method. 4 tbl
