PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence exerted on an NVH characteristic when applied to a motive power transmission system of an automobile by reducing influence of a rotational order component of functionally unavoidable inductive force of a TJ system joint, and realizing a characteristic of low slide resistance. SOLUTION: In this relatively shaft-directionally movable (plunging) sliding constant velocity joint capable of transmitting rotary motion at constant velocity even in a state of forming an operating angleθby two shafts to be connected, the sliding constant velocity joint is composed of an outer ring member 10 joining with a driving shaft or a driven shaft, an inner ring member 20 joining with the driving shaft or the driven shaft and the torque transmitting part 30 for transmitting torque by interposing between the inner/outer ring members in circumferential directional equally divided positions of an even number, and the torque transmitting part 30 can be inclined to the inner ring member 20. A controller for orienting the torque transmitting part 30 is arranged so that the whole torque transmitting part 30 is positioned in a plane vertical to the joint axis when an angleθformed by the driving shaft and the driven shaft is 0 deg..
