<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation to be caused by a pressing action as seen when a conventional welding device is used, when heating or welding is performed using a hot platen. SOLUTION: An upper and a lower pressing plate 6, 7 which freely move vertically are set opposite to each other vertically at a pallet welding position. A hot platen which is freely movable forward/backward is installed between a receding position and a gap between the upper and the lower pressing plate 6, 7. A forward/backward position deciding member for freely changing a position between a position for deciding a forward and a backward position by pushing the forward/backward side faces of a lower pallet half 4 before welding and an upper pallet half 3 stacked on the half 4 and a receding position to which the member recedes, not crossing the transfer orbiet of the hot platen which is transferred forward/backward away from the upper and the lower hallet half 3, 4, is provided at positions forward and backward of a pallet welding position. In addition, the upper and the lower pallet half 3, 4 are set so that these halves 3, 4 are spported by only a right and left position deciding support member 11 when the halves 3, 4 are thermally welded by the hot platen.</p> |
