The safety plug has a casing (1) with an aperture, electroconductive elements housed within the casing, and a protection disk (2) to prevent a contact with the elements, having holes for the corresponding elements. An elastic arrangement is provided between the casing and the protection disk, pressing the disk against the aperture. A lock within the casing locks the protection disk in the casing.
