PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of the engaging projections of an insert fitting for a resin product, by which a series of working processes ranging from the start of the formation of the engaging projections of the insert fitting to its completion can be executed continuously. SOLUTION: A die 61 has a hole 62, which extends to the same direction as the axis line direction of the hole 55 of an insert fitting and on the inner peripheral wall of which a plurality of projection-forming projected stripes 66 extending to the axis line direction of the hole 55 are equipped from the bottom part of the wall. When the insert fitting is pushed with a punch 64 in the hole 62 of the die 61, some part of the outside surface of the insert fitting is pushed up by the projection-forming projected stripes 66, resulting in forming engaging projections 65. |
