PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self-adhesive compsn. with little tackiness of the coated surface when coated on a substrate and a good self-adhesivity between coated surfaces as well as excellent aging resistance and printabitity. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains, as basic components, (A) a resin compsn. composed of a urethane resin (1) and a polymer (2) from an unsatd. polymerizable compd,, and (B) minute particles having an average particle size of 0.5-30μm, wherein at least one of the urethane resin (1) and the polymer (2) from the unsata. polymerizable unsatd, is a cationic polymer. The resin compsn. may be composed of the urethane resin (1), and the polymer (2) from the unsatd. polymerizable compd. dispersed in the urethane resin as particles. It can also be a water based emulsion comprising polymer particles having a core/shell structure or a microdomain structure composed of the urethane resin (1) and the polymer (2) from the unsatd. polymerizable compd.
