<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the impartial internet connection service to many contractor subscribers at an inexpensive installation cost. SOLUTION: A private branch exchange contains an internet connection device 10. When an incoming cal detection section 22 detects a dial-up connection request from a contractor subscriber, a caller number extract section 23 extracts a caller number and a time management section 25 extracts a time when the incoming call arrives. The internet connection device 10 receives a connection permission number from a provider via a leased line interface section 27 in advance and stores the number to a connection permission number storage section 29. A connection permission number collation control section 28 collates the caller number from the contractor subscriber with the connection permission number stored in the connection permission number storage section 29 and the internet connection device 10 makes internet connection to the contractor subscriber through a leased line 19 when the both are coincident.</p> |
