SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger includes working passages, swirls mounted smoothly along length of tube at pitch "t"; inclined blades are additionally provided with discrete turbolators in form of circular wire rods fitted at blade tips tightly adjoining inner wall of pipe; ratio of diameter of turbolator rod to inner diameter of tube d/D = 0.06 to 0.08; swirler pitch t = (5-7)D, where D is inner diameter of tube.
