PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane resin having good storage stability and adhesiveness by effecting the nucleophilic addition reaction of the unsaturation of anα,β-unsaturated carbonyl compound with the amino group of an aminosilane compound and effecting the addition reaction of the secondary amino structure with an isocyanato-terminated urethane polymer. SOLUTION: Provided is a urethane resin of formula I. In formula I, A is the residue corresponding to the skeleton of the urethane polymer, n is 1-20; X is a group of formula II, III or IV (wherein R is a 1-6C alkyl; R1 is H or a 1-6C alkyl; R2 and R4 are each an alkylene optionally having a 1-10C side chain or an arylene; m is 1-3; Z is H, OR3 or R3 [wherein R3 is H, an organic group having a molecular weight of at most 500, a group of formula V (wherein R7 is an alkylene optionally having a 1-10C side chain; R8 is H or a 1-6C alkyl; R9 is a 1-6C alkyl; and x is 1-3) or NH2; R5 is H or -COOR10 (wherein R10 is a 1-20C alkyl); and R6 is H, -CH2COOH or methyl].
