PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition which is excellent in abrasion characteristics and can reduce the generation of mold deposits upon molding and of delamination of moldings. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 50-94.5 wt.% of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (B) 3-20 wt.% of polyethylene modified by anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and (C) 0.5-50 wt.% of an olefinic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 70-99 wt.%α-olefin and 1-30 wt.%α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid glycidyl ester.
