PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight capable of suppressing dirt on a lens caused by electrification. SOLUTION: A headlight 10 has a conductive extension 24 abutting on the surface of a lens 14. The extension 24 is grounded to a body 30 via a protuberance 26, a reflector 22, a valve socket 20 and a grounding wire 28. Thereby, when a fine particle collides against the surface of the lens 14 by travelling of a vehicle and the lens 14 is charged, discharging gradually starts from the lens 14 via the extension 24. Accordingly, the potential of the lens 14 is lowered, and dirt sticking to the lens 14 is reduced.
