PURPOSE: A method for operating a chatting service using Internet is provided to create chatting rooms according to each field, and continuously to supply chatters with a chatting service which the chatters requests for, by residing chatting specialists on each chatting room. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating a chatting service using the Internet, in a chatting service system supplying clients accessed to the Internet with the chatting service via the Internet, comprises the steps of: accessing to the chatting service system; composing each channel which chatting specialists enters chatting rooms of each field, as graphics; deciding either participation of desired chatting room by selecting one of the channels; composing each channel for selecting one of the chatting specialists, as graphics; selecting a particular chatting specialist; and progressing a chatting service with the selected chatting specialist.
